☀️ Developed by German psychiatrist Johannes Schultz, Autogenic training is the most effective way to not only bring the nervous system back to normal, but also to improve physical health. At the same time, it is absolutely safe, and even a child can master it.

✅ AUTOGENIC TRAINING TECHNIQUE
It is recommended to perform in the morning and in the evening. Take a comfortable position of the body.
Try to tune in to the practice and deep relaxation, abandoning all extraneous thoughts. Deeply inhale and exhale 5 to 7 times, directing your breath into your lower abdomen.
Repeat each instruction 3 times (and 5 to 7 times for beginners). The interval between each autosuggestion is 5 to 7 seconds.
