Science in a Creative Society

Neutron Scattering for Soft and Biological Matter. Dr. Giovanna Fragneto, Institut Laue-Langevin

Dr. Giovanna Fragneto is a faculty at the Science Division, at the Institut Laue-Langevin. She is a group leader at the Large Scale Structures, Head of Soft Matter Science, Support Senior Fellow, and representative at Women in Neutron Science. Her field of research includes Physical Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, and Biophysics. Dr. Giovanna Fragneto, studies the correlation between internal and external biological membrane surroundings, unresolved problems in research of neutrons, benefits of neutrons in society,  weak interactive forces of neutrons, and the use of neutron scattering. All those and many more topics will be described in this interview.

As a women scientist, Dr. Giovanna Fragneto, will try to share her own understanding of Science in Creative Society and answer questions on the importance of teamwork, the future of the scientific community with the creativity in it, human values that every scientist should have, and what potential can each scientist can bring to the creative community.
